If you are reading this before starting to use the template, well done! The first thing to do to use this template properly is to initialize the date, so do that first, and then you can use this template according to your needs.

Starting date

Main page

You don't need to make any modifications to the main page (except for updating the names of the months as indicated in the appropriate table). Everything is calculated automatically, allowing you to quickly see the state of your accounts.

On the main page, you will find three tabs: "Bank Accounts," "Earnings & Expenses," and "Categories." These tabs are where all the calculations are performed.

In the "Bank Accounts" tab, you need to list all your bank accounts and the initial amount of money in each account when you start tracking your budget.

In the "Categories" tab, you should list all the categories of earnings and expenses that you want to have.

Finally, in the last tab, which is the "Earnings & Expenses" tab, you will need to record each instance of income and expenditure as they occur.

Next, you have the overall monthly overview, which provides you with a summary of your earnings and expenses for each month. This gives you a clear picture of how much you have earned and spent, as well as the total balance for each month.

And finally, you have the total by categories. This section breaks down your earnings and expenses into different categories, allowing you to see how much you have earned or spent in each category. It provides a comprehensive overview of your financial activity and helps you understand where your money is being allocated.
